My husband and I want to express our gratitude to Nicholas Bravo at Starling Chevrolet GMS in St. Cloud, FL for all the time and attention and kindness shown to my husband and I last week as we were gathering information for a car purchase. Even though the purchase did not go through in this office in St. Cloud, Mr. Bravo was so kind and understanding. There were difficulties experienced due to having multiple family members involved talking to different people at different locations. In the end, a car was purchased but not through the St. Cloud office, where Mr. Bravo is located. He was understanding and calm and upbeat and attentive through multiple steps which ultimately led to the sale not being his, which did not alter his own kindness and generosity. This is unusual in this day and we want to highlight this kindness through this review.
