Wow. I got a pre approval over the phone from Georgia. Booked a flight the next day and was picked up by a wonderful friendly gentleman at the airport from the dealership named John! John drove me to dealership where I was met by a very polite non pushy sales representative named Fady. Fady made the process super easy and I was gone in 30 minutes and driving my new truck back to Georgia. This is exactly how car buying should be! Wonderful job!

This was honestly the least stressful car purchase I have ever made. I purchased a vehicle from Starling on July 27, 2026, as
I purchased a vehicle from Starling on July 27, 2026, as an out-of-town buyer. During negotiations, I pointed out that the vehicle would likely need new tires soon. Ali Lyazidi assured me that during their inspection process they would measure the tread depth and, if the tires didn't meet legal requirements, they would replace them at the dealership's expense. While completing the paperwork, Ali also discovered that one of the key fobs did not work and told me, "No worries, I'll make sure it works before it leaves." The dealership kept the vehicle for a few days to inspect and detail it before shipping it to my home. When it arrived, I immediately noticed several issues. The rear tires had severe wear on the inside edges, with virtually no tread remaining. The driver's floor mat was missing. While removing the temporary tag before washing the vehicle, I discovered that one of the license plate screws had been forced into the wrong threads, stripping the mounting point and making it impossible to properly install a license plate. I have photos showing the license plate bracket was not damaged before transport. Because the vehicle arrived on Saturday afternoon, I waited until Monday, August 3, to contact Ali. He initially said he was with a customer and would call me back, but I never received a return call. When I reached him later that evening, he admitted he had installed the temporary tag himself using an incorrect screw because he only had one matching screw available. He said he would discuss the matter with his manager, Glenn Bean, the following day and get back to me. Tuesday came and again I received no return call. After multiple unanswered calls, I contacted the dealership and left a detailed voicemail for Glenn Bean, which was also not returned. I eventually reached Ali again, and he informed me that management had decided they would not address any of the issues because the vehicle was purchased "as is." I explained that my concerns were not about normal wear alone. The vehicle was delivered in a different condition than when it was sold. The floor mat that was present at the time of purchase was now missing. The license plate mounting point had been damaged after the sale. The key fob issue was identified by the dealership before delivery and I was told it would be repaired. As for the tires, I have since had them inspected by multiple tire shops, all of which concluded they need immediate replacement, with the driver's rear tire nearly showing cords. During our conversation, Glenn offered me $300 to resolve the matter. When I explained that the combined cost of replacing the tires, repairing the license plate mount, replacing the missing floor mat, and addressing the key fob was substantially higher, he then offered to buy the vehicle back. I also learned that the dealership performs both its inspections and detailing in-house. Given the condition of the tires and the missing floor mat, that was concerning. If items are going missing during detailing, or if severely worn tires are passing inspection, those are issues that deserve attention. At the end of the day, I wasn't looking for anything beyond what I believe was promised and what the vehicle was represented to include. I expected the worn tires to be addressed if they failed inspection, the missing floor mat to be replaced, the damaged license plate mount to be repaired, and the key fob issue that the dealership identified before delivery to be fixed. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was marked by unreturned calls, inconsistent communication, and a refusal to resolve concerns that arose immediately after delivery. Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering doing business with Starling to thoroughly inspect their vehicle upon delivery and document its condition.

Because of my time crunch, I wanted to pick up the vehicle the next day for payment. He held it for me and came in the next day on his day off to be there to assist in the transaction. We negotiated a price we were both happy with, and the process was fairly quick. The next day I texted him that I had some service lights come on. He called and said we can bring the vehicle back to check out the alerts and make sure everything is right so I would remain happy with my purchase, and he arranged someone in the service department to help us. The entire time the whole team was very responsive and quick to he helpful, we are very happy with the service and our truck! Thanks, Fady!

The truck I purchased had orange mud caked up inside the engine compartment and the undercarriage, a lot of it. The heater does not work, this could be an expensive fix. The grill is loose and makes noise at 50 mph, the fog lights are loose and one of the lights in the bed needs to be replaced. The director would not budge on the price but happily sold a truck with issues as though it was top notch. Word of mouth is not their side.

There is a reason why I buy between two and three cars, brand new, every year from Darnell Glenn! Keep in mind I drive two hours each direction just to purchase cars from Darnell at Starling GMC up in Saint Cloud. The sale does not end when you sign the papers with Darnell, he’s always available to help or guide you if you need it. I don’t have to remind him to do anything, it’s always done and it’s done quickly. I also buy luxury cars like Mercedes, BMW and Porsche and those sales people are not nearly as adept at doing their job as Darnell is. Kudos to Darnell for yet another great sale with my 2026 GMC Yukon XL.

I came in on a Friday and was instantly provided with service. I gave them images of my vehicle that I wanted to purchase. We went on a test drive. Car was in great hands. Clean vehicle! Great engine. I appreciated the hospitality that they gave each customer. This dealership has Respectable staff . Fast and efficient service. Spent less than 3 1/2 hours there. They’ve Reasonable prices. This dealership does great business and you will leave with a smile on your face.

Buying a car and having to do with the dealership is one of the most stressful events but let me tell you about a dealership that we found nestled in beautiful St Cloud and that is stalling Chevrolet they made this experience so easy that we actually enjoyed purchasing the vehicle from this dealership I started with the salesman Jonathan it was such a good salesman no pressure no nothing he explained everything took us for a drive for a test drive and again no pressure he gave us the time when we said hey when you think about this for a minute great job Jonathan really great job And then we started talking to the sales manager Tim which I cannot say enough about this gentleman you know a team is judged by his leader and this guy is really a true leader he was extremely professional and very very helpful I walked in there very proud of myself I got a nice rate from my bank after looking at everything Tim looked at it and then he came back at me and he asked me if it is possible if he can find me a lower rate because my credit score was high and he did he actually found me a lower rate than my bank gave me which shows how much he really cares about his customers. After all the paperwork was signed and done we ended up with the finance department which take care of all the payments Sammy I cannot say enough about you you are an awesome awesome Finance person Sammy never pushed anything never Force anything to conversation was so awesome he enjoyed talking to my daughter who were pushing the car for and after going into the conversation and looking at some of the paperwork Sammy actually found us an incentive with the bank to get a lower rate so Sammy saved us another half a percent on our rate thank you Sammy So as you can see the overall experience was really awesome for me and my family I will definitely definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to purchase a car thank you Tim Sammy and Jonathan for a great great experience, AJ Alnuzhah

Tom our salesman was great. But twice we came to an agreement about the purchase of a new vehicle and then it wasn’t happening. The first time, we received an offer that we accepted only to be told that it couldn’t happen, the vehicle was a courtesy car in Stuart (which we didn’t know) and they couldn’t trade it. Only to find out that it already had 5000 miles. that he second time, we were promised another discount, came back to the dealership and were informed that the manager said no. We finally received the discount because we were walking out in the deal.

I purchased a vehicle from Starling on July 27, 2026, as
I purchased a vehicle from Starling on July 27, 2026, as an out-of-town buyer. During negotiations, I pointed out that the vehicle would likely need new tires soon. Ali Lyazidi assured me that during their inspection process they would measure the tread depth and, if the tires didn't meet legal requirements, they would replace them at the dealership's expense. While completing the paperwork, Ali also discovered that one of the key fobs did not work and told me, "No worries, I'll make sure it works before it leaves." The dealership kept the vehicle for a few days to inspect and detail it before shipping it to my home. When it arrived, I immediately noticed several issues. The rear tires had severe wear on the inside edges, with virtually no tread remaining. The driver's floor mat was missing. While removing the temporary tag before washing the vehicle, I discovered that one of the license plate screws had been forced into the wrong threads, stripping the mounting point and making it impossible to properly install a license plate. I have photos showing the license plate bracket was not damaged before transport. Because the vehicle arrived on Saturday afternoon, I waited until Monday, August 3, to contact Ali. He initially said he was with a customer and would call me back, but I never received a return call. When I reached him later that evening, he admitted he had installed the temporary tag himself using an incorrect screw because he only had one matching screw available. He said he would discuss the matter with his manager, Glenn Bean, the following day and get back to me. Tuesday came and again I received no return call. After multiple unanswered calls, I contacted the dealership and left a detailed voicemail for Glenn Bean, which was also not returned. I eventually reached Ali again, and he informed me that management had decided they would not address any of the issues because the vehicle was purchased "as is." I explained that my concerns were not about normal wear alone. The vehicle was delivered in a different condition than when it was sold. The floor mat that was present at the time of purchase was now missing. The license plate mounting point had been damaged after the sale. The key fob issue was identified by the dealership before delivery and I was told it would be repaired. As for the tires, I have since had them inspected by multiple tire shops, all of which concluded they need immediate replacement, with the driver's rear tire nearly showing cords. During our conversation, Glenn offered me $300 to resolve the matter. When I explained that the combined cost of replacing the tires, repairing the license plate mount, replacing the missing floor mat, and addressing the key fob was substantially higher, he then offered to buy the vehicle back. I also learned that the dealership performs both its inspections and detailing in-house. Given the condition of the tires and the missing floor mat, that was concerning. If items are going missing during detailing, or if severely worn tires are passing inspection, those are issues that deserve attention. At the end of the day, I wasn't looking for anything beyond what I believe was promised and what the vehicle was represented to include. I expected the worn tires to be addressed if they failed inspection, the missing floor mat to be replaced, the damaged license plate mount to be repaired, and the key fob issue that the dealership identified before delivery to be fixed. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was marked by unreturned calls, inconsistent communication, and a refusal to resolve concerns that arose immediately after delivery. Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering doing business with Starling to thoroughly inspect their vehicle upon delivery and document its condition.

Well..........Dealership was good and ANgel was great as well as the finance dept. But the dealership wasnt completely honest about the condition of the SUV that I bought! First, it only had one key to it and the lock button doesnt work! So I have to manually lock the suv! I have to buy a new key that cost me $300 !!! Next, there is an issue with the AC system, I have to pay $225 just to find out why the AC isnt getting cold! Then there is the cost of fixing it in future, which will run up to $1000 plus. Nextm they sis an inspection and they replaced 2 tires, which were the wrong size and didnt many the other 2 tires, which were 2 different brands!!!! So, another $600 I had to spend to get 2 new tires! Next, who ever inspected the SUV, missed a few other things wrong with the SUV, The A-pillar panels on outside are lose, missing the weather stripping and when I am driving at highway speeds, there is a rattling noise near windshield from air getting under the A-pillar panel. Another $500 for me to pay to fix this issue, before I lose the A-pillar panel when it blows off the car! If I knew that I was going to have to do all these repairs and cost me all this money, I would of passed on the SUV and looked at something else!
